Since its establishment, Credo Pump has maintained an excellent safety record for decades and has been awarded numerous honors such as“Model Enterprise in Safety Development” and“Work Safety Standardization Enterprise”at various levels. This approach allowed everyone to deeply feel the pain and sorrow that safety incidents inflict on individuals, families, and enterprises, reinforcing the understanding that“there are no bystanders in safety—everyone is a responsible party.”
Safety Outweighs Mount Tai: Systems Provide Protection
"Safety is more critical than Mount Tai; prevention must start before risks emerge" and“no safety matter is insignificant—zero breaches are allowed.” As the head of the production department and the lead speaker of this training series, the recent addressed six key safety questions by integrating the company’s safety management systems with real-world practices. This provided all employees with a systematic, profound, and thought-provoking safety education session. The six safety questions emphasized throughout the training were:
1. What is safety?
2. Who is safety for?
3. Why conduct safety training?
4. What are the fundamental concepts of safety management?
5. What are the primary causes of accidents?
6. How can we prioritize people-centered approaches to ensure safety?
