Why is maintenance for submersible ម៉ាស៊ីនបូមទួរប៊ីនបញ្ឈរ ទាមទារ?

Regardless of the application or operating conditions, a clear routine maintenance schedule can extend the life of your pump. Good maintenance can make equipment last longer, require fewer repairs, and cost less to repair, especially when the life of some pumps extends to 15 years or more.

In order for submersible vertical turbine pumps to achieve optimal working life, regular and effective maintenance is necessary. After purchasing a submersible vertical turbine pump , the pump manufacturer will typically recommend the frequency and extent of routine maintenance to the plant operator.

However, operators have the final say on routine maintenance of their facilities, which can be less frequent but more important maintenance or more frequent but simpler maintenance. The potential cost of unplanned downtime and lost production is also an important factor when determining the total LCC of a pumping system.

Equipment operators should also keep detailed records of all preventive maintenance and repairs for each pump. This information allows operators to easily review records in order to diagnose problems and eliminate or minimize possible future downtime of the equipment.

សម្រាប់ម៉ាស៊ីនបូមទឹកទួរប៊ីនបញ្ឈរ, routine preventive and protective maintenance practices should include, at a minimum, monitoring of:

1. Condition of bearings and lubricating oil. Monitor bearing temperature, bearing housing vibration and lubricant level. The oil should be clear with no signs of foaming, and changes in bearing temperature may indicate impending failure.

2. Shaft seal condition. The mechanical seal should have no obvious signs of leakage; the leakage rate of any packing should not exceed 40 to 60 drops per minute.

3.The overall pump vibrates. Changes in bearing housing vibration can cause bearing failure. Unwanted vibrations can also occur due to changes in pump alignment, the presence of cavitation, or resonances between the pump and its foundation or valves in the suction and/or discharge lines.

4. Pressure difference. The difference between the readings at the pump discharge and suction is the total head (pressure difference) of the pump. If the total head (pressure difference) of the pump gradually decreases, it indicates that the impeller clearance has become larger and needs to be adjusted to restore the expected design performance of the pump: for pumps with semi-open impellers, the impeller clearance needs to be adjusted; for pumps with closed impellers For pumps with impellers, the wear rings need to be replaced.

If the pump is used in severe service conditions such as highly corrosive liquids or slurries, the maintenance and monitoring intervals should be shortened.

1. Check whether the pump foundation and fixing bolts are tight.

2. For new pumps, the lubricating oil should be replaced after the first 200 hours of operation, and then every three months or every 2,000 hours of operation, whichever comes first.

3. Re-lubricate the bearings every three months or every 2,000 operating hours (whichever comes first).

4. Check the shaft alignment.
