Do you Know the Composition and Structure of the Vertical Turbine Pump and Installation Instructions?
Due to its special structure, the vertical turbine pump is suitable for deep well water intake. It is widely used in domestic and production water supply systems, buildings, and municipal water supply and drainage projects. It has the characteristics of strong corrosion resistance, no clogging, and high temperature resistance. It can be used for domestic and production water supply. System and municipal, building water supply and drainage, etc. The vertical turbine pump is composed of motor, adjusting nut, pump base, upper short pipe (short pipe B), impeller shaft, middle casing, impeller, middle casing bearing, lower casing bearing, lower casing and other parts. It mainly bears heavy loads and is easy to install; the impeller materials of vertical turbine pump mainly include silicon brass, S.S 304, S.S 316, ductile iron, etc.
The vertical turbine pum phas excellent product performance, long service life, stable pump operation and low noise. Ductile iron, 304, 316, 416 and other stainless steel materials are selected to meet the requirements of various special working conditions of users. The pump base has a beautiful shape, which is convenient for maintenance and replacement of filling materials. The flow rate of the vertical turbine pump can reach 1600m³/h, the head can reach 186m, the power can reach 560kW, and the pumping liquid temperature range is between 0°C and 45°C.
Attention should be paid to the installation of the vertical turbine pump:
1. Cleanliness of equipment parts. When hoisting, the parts should avoid collision with the ground and other hard objects, so as to avoid collision damage to parts and contamination by sand.
2. When installing, a layer of butter must be applied to the thread, seam and joint surface for lubrication and protection.
3. When the transmission shaft is connected with a coupling, it should be ensured that the end surfaces of the two transmission shafts are in close contact, and the contact surface should be located in the middle of the coupling.
4. After installing each water pipe, check whether the shaft and the pipe are concentric. If the deviation is large, find out the cause, or replace the water pipe and transmission shaft.
